Prior to joining Marriott International over 12 years ago, Khun Rattapol held various sales positions in the hospitality field and one of the largest international hotel chains. During this time, with the overall results achieved and as a trusted leader with a solid and consistent track record in competitive industries, he showed exemplary leadership and work advancement above his years of experience.
Subsequently, Khun Rattapol continues his specialization advancement in sales and marketing by attaining the position of Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for the Marriott Executive Sukhumvit Park – Bangkok and Marriott Executive Apartments Mayfair – Bangkok by progressing in the sales & marketing discipline. His unparalleled accomplishments throughout this period have indeed been demonstrated by his successful leadership of a greater account growth plan, MICE filed and expansion, and serviced apartment performance.
In his latest position as General Manager at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa, Khun Rattapol also accomplished an exceptional feat where he excelled through living our “putting people first” mantra, which in turn resulted in associates taking excellent care of the guests in 2022, hit number One Thailand-Vietnam-Cambodia-Malaysia ranking in ITR, Staff Service, Cleanliness, Elite Appreciation, and F&B Satisfaction.
