The St. Regis Bangkok celebrates the festive season with a culinary program for friends and families to connect with one another over the year-end holidays.
IGNIV Bangkok commences the festive program with a Christmas Eve lunch featuring a Candy Store filled with Christmas surprises. Revelers can also enjoy the festive four-course sharing experience presented later that evening as a Christmas Eve dinner, as well as lunch and dinner on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
On Thursday, December 24, VIU also gets in the spirit of the season, starting off with a dinner buffet featuring quintessential holiday classics, with celebrations continuing over Christmas Day brunch and dinner on December 25. The culinary festivities extend into the weekend at VIU with a Boxing Day Brunch on December 26 and a Festive Sunday Brunch on December 27, 2020.
On New Year’s Eve, the finest flavors from The St. Regis destinations from around the world are brought to The St. Regis Bangkok. Guests are invited on an unparalleled culinary journey at VIU, with appetizers showcased at Decanter and desserts on display at The Drawing Room. Highlights for this multi-venue feast on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok include burrata cheese and heirloom tomato salad from Italy; Jamón Ibérico 36 months from Spain, classic shish kebab from Istanbul; spiced prawn taco from Mexico; pernil (12hr slow roasted pork shoulder) from Puerto Rico; chili crab from Singapore; Peking duck and whole suckling pig from Beijing.
The seamless New Year’s Eve revelries continue over at The St. Regis Bar, where guests can anticipate the arrival of the new year with live entertainment including live music and DJ, and lucky prize draws. Guests can enhance the countdown celebrations with VIP tables for two at the counter bar or next to the window, complete with a bottle of Champagne to ring in the new year with a loved one.
One couple or group of up to four guests can count down to the new year on top of the world with an impeccable one-night stay in The Owner’s Penthouse. For the exclusive experience, guests
arrive in style in a luxury limousine and be transported to the height of urban living, where they enjoy an afternoon tea, a New Year’s Eve dinner at IGNIV Bangkok, bottle of Bollinger Champagne to ring in the new year from their personal 44th floor viewing terrace. The next morning, breakfast in bed and New Year’s Brunch for four persons ease guests into the new year in absolute comfort.
On January 1, 2021, guests can celebrate the bounty of a new year with an all-you-can-eat New Year’s Day brunch and dinner hosted at VIU. Rounding off the Festive Program is the New Year Weekend Saturday Brunch at VIU on January 2, 2021.
Throughout the festive season from December 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021, guests are also invited to enjoy a taste of the holidays with a Festive Afternoon Tea Set presented every afternoon at The St. Regis Bar.
