‘TAI, A Woven Culture’ A Unique Story of the Tai Weaving Arts Book Launch & Reception at Blue Elephant Bangkok

A Woven Culture’ (www.taiawovenculture.com)  – a unique, pictorial book of TAI weaving arts and culture collected over the past 20 years – by Mr. Hans Roels (4th from right), renowned Belgian photographer, and Ms. Napajaree Suanduenchai (3rd from right), a textile collector and one of the founders of “TAI Textile Society” in Bangkok, at  Blue Elephant Restaurant Bangkok recently.

The TAI inspired menu delighting guests at the cocktail reception was crafted by Blue Elephant Group’s own Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe (4th from left).

A large format hard cover book with 348 pages and approximately 206 colour photos, TAI, A Woven Culture, is printed in Sweden and is lead HUV printed on uncoated, unbleached FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper supporting responsible forestry that is durable and will stand the test of time.
