H.E. Mr. Soonthorn Chaiyindeepum, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden, visited the Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) booth at the Thai Festival 2019, which took place at Kungsträdgården, in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Peerapong Jutaganoon, THAI General Manager, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia, was also present. Winners of a lucky draw held at the event were awarded roundtrip air tickets for travel with THAI on the routes Stockholm-Bangkok and Stockholm-Bangkok-Udon Thani.
The Thai Festival at Kungsträdgården is an annual event organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm, THAI, and Tourism Authority of Thailand Stockholm Office to promote Thai culture and encourage unity among Thais in Stockholm and neighbor cities. Approximately 95,000 people participated in this year’s Thai Festival and enjoyed the Thai food, Thai products, promotional activities involving secondary cities, and Thai cultural performances.
