THAI Smile Airways wishes to announce changing of their check-in counters at Hong Kong International Airport for WE609 (HKG-HKT) and WE631 (HKG-BKK) flights. Passengers of WE609 (HKG-HKT) flight who were initially scheduled to check in at counters No 18-20 in Passenger Terminal 2 are required to check in at counters No J9-11 in Passenger Terminal 1 instead. Passengers of WE631 (HKG-BKK) flight who were scheduled to check in at counters No P22-24 in Passenger Terminal 2 are now required to check in at counters No J13-15 in Passenger Terminal 1 instead.
The counters are situated at the entrance of northern immigration area which is near dropping the luggage for self check-in. The changing starts from November 29, 2019 onwards and the counters open between 5.05 am and 8.05 pm. THAI Smiles Airways ask passengers to arrive at the Hong Kong International Airport three hours in advance before the departure time to avoid crowded area at the immigration area.
