This new branch, located in Pathum Thani Province, marks the company’s 71st branch nationwide and the 5th branch within the province.
Spanning over an expansive area of more than 20,000 square meters, the Thaiwatsadu x BnB home – Muang Ake Branch is designed to cater to the diverse needs of both contractors and homeowners. Besides, this branch opening brings significant benefits to the local community by creating over 300 job opportunities.
The new Thaiwatsadu branch also serves as a catalyst for driving purchasing power in three key areas: Bangkok, Pathum Thani, and Nonthaburi. With the presence of electric trains, airports, commercial and industrial zones, educational institutions, and residential areas, the branch is well-positioned to serve the diverse needs of customers and support economic recovery within the areas.
In the year 2023, the company projects to operate a total of 80 branches, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all strategic areas nationwide.
According to Mr. Suthisarn Chirathivat, the CEO of CRC Thai Watsadu Ltd., under the Central Retail, Thaiwatsadu has strategically chosen prime locations in the Muang Ake area, an important economic zone within Pathum Thani province. The investment of 430 million baht has resulted in the establishment of the Thaiwatsadu x BnB home, which now stands as the 71st branch of the company in Thailand. This 20,000-square-meter branch offers a comprehensive range of construction materials and home furnishing products from renowned brands, with approximately 38,000 SKUs available to customers.
Mr. Suthisarn said, “Our recent expansion aligns with the economic recovery with the increased investments in various sectors such as industry, real estate, tourism, and construction. It also reinforces the company’s leadership in the retail market of construction materials, home furnishing, and home repair by providing a comprehensive range of products that contribute to better living standards.”
The Thaiwatsadu x BnB home – Muang Ake Branch has curated an extensive collection of construction materials and home furnishing products to cater to diverse needs. Customers can find construction materials, electrical equipment products, hardware accessories, craftsman tools, tiles, furniture, and home decorative items. Additionally, the branch offers home services provided by vFIX, catering to the requirements of both homeowners and contractors.
