The St. Regis Bangkok welcomes two senior members to its team, filling the key positions of Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Sales & Marketing.
Joining The St. Regis Bangkok as Director of Food & Beverage effective 1st April 2022, Anupam Banerjee brings with him 25 years of experience, most recently with The St. Regis Beijing, where he was instrumental in increasing both guest satisfaction and employee engagement to boost topline revenue at the five-star hotel.
At The St. Regis Bangkok, Anupam takes on the role of strategic business leader of both the hotel’s F&B and culinary operations, drawing on his extensive experience which includes executive chef and senior kitchen positions with luxury brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, and Raffles in Singapore, India, London, Geneva, and Washington D.C.
The St. Regis Bangkok recently also welcomed a new Director of Sales and Marketing – Sanya Supanakorn, also known as Jump, who joined The St. Regis Bangkok from within the Marriott Group, where as a Cluster Senior Director of Sales he looked after sales functions for four Marriott properties in Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Phuket.
He started his career at Nai Lert Park Bangkok in 2006, and has since risen through the ranks and developed strong relationships with key accounts through previous roles at Plaza Athenee Bangkok (presently known as The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel), InterContinental Bangkok, and Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road (pre-opening team). He first joined Marriott International Hotels in 2008 as Cluster Account Manager looking after eight properties across Thailand.
