The winners were revealed at a black-tie gala dinner event on 31 August in Bangkok attended by more than 600 real estate professionals from around the region. The Sunplay team also picked up Highly Commended certificates for Sunplay The Heights Bangsaray in the Best Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard) category, Sunplay Pool Villas Bangsaray for Best Universal Design Development and Sunplay Bangsaray for Best Senior Living Development.
Now in its 13th year, the Thailand Property Awards is organised by PropertyGuru International, part of Asia’s leading online real estate portal, and considered a showcase event within the annual Asia Property Awards series. Hundreds of nominations were received this year from real estate developers, residential and commercial projects and design firms all vying for recognition as the best of the best.
