Trader Vic’s lively, performative main dining room will feature a pre-dinner buffet with selection of fresh chuck oyster with condiment, as well as assorted artisanal cheese, cold cuts and fresh Thai and western salads from the buffet.
For the main course, guests can choose one of the three options, each prepared with the finest ingredients and served directly to the table: turkey roulade stuffed with mushroom and serve with butter squash and apple cider jus, Chilean sea bass with white wine sauce, or Hakata Wagyu A4 with smoked red chimichurri and truffle potato pave, served sizzling from the grill.
For a sweet finale, the dessert trolley promises delightful surprises and tempting treats, such as pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie and more. To complete their Thanksgiving experience, guests can pair their meal with one of Trader Vic’s signature Polynesian cocktails, such as the Kona Cooler, the Mango Tai or the Suffering Bastard.
