The new center “Marketing Communications Center Korea (MC Center Korea)” is equipped with 40 workstations and located in the Namyeong Center of transcosmos Korea, Inc. (Headquarters: Seoul, Republic of Korea; President and COO: Kwon Sang-chuel; transcosmos Korea). It offers website development and operational services with its Japanese-speaking members to clients in Japan.
transcosmos Korea, a subsidiary of transcosmos Inc., offers extensive professional business process outsourcing (BPO) services that include contact center services, chat services, field services, direct mail (DM), direct sales (DS) and internet promotion services (IPS) for businesses in the South Korean market. The new website development and operations center kicked off by offering services to the Japanese market.
