Email

Emirates has announced today that it has resumed its A380 service to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, making it the first airline to operate the iconic aircraft to Bangkok since the suspension of passenger flights early last year. Emirates resumed flights to Bangkok in September of last year and due to strong passenger demand for travel to and from Thailand, its iconic A380 aircraft will operate the daily flights to Bangkok.

The return of the Emirates A380 to Thailand also signifies the airline’s continued commitment to and confidence in the A380 programme, with the gradual resumption of its A380 network worldwide. With safety as a priority, Emirates is currently expanding its passenger services to over 90 cities in April, allowing travellers to connect safely and conveniently to the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific via Dubai. The airline has also implemented a comprehensive set of measures at every step of the customer journey to ensure the safety of its customers and employees.

The Emirates A380 experience remains highly sought after by travellers for its spacious and comfortable cabins. The airline is gradually expanding the deployment of this popular aircraft in line with demand and operational approvals.

Flights to/from Bangkok will operate daily on Emirates’ three-class A380 aircraft, offering 14 First Class suites, 76 lie-flat seats in in Business and 429 ergonomically designed seats in Economy class. Emirates flight EK384 will depart Dubai daily at 2:50hrs, arriving in Bangkok at 12:15hrs.  After a short stopover in Bangkok the flight will depart Bangkok at 14:15 to continue its journey to Hong Kong, arriving at 18:20hrs.
