Great Wall Motor Organizes 1st “Let’s Talk by GWM” with HAVAL H6, Inviting Customers to Share Opinions with GWM Executives, Reinforcing User-Centric Brand to Truly Listen to Consumer Voice

Great Wall Motor (GWM) recently organized the GWM Let’s Talk activity, inviting 24 customers to exchange ideas and share their experiences with the All New HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV, the popular compact SUV segment leader. 

The activity was a part of the core strategy of GWM on ‘Consumer Voice Focus’, in order to develop better products and service experiences. GWM is preparing to expand the activity to cover the All New HAVAL JOLION Hybrid SUV and ORA Good Cat customers, reinforcing the brand’s intention to be an xEV leader that truly creates new experiences for users.

Led by Narong Sritalayon, Managing Director; Jirasak Chuenarome, Marketing Director, Suparang Anuchapreeda, Communications Director; Ajin Isariyakunakorn, Network Development Senior Manager; Jakkrapan Sikiwat, Technology Services Senior Manager; Taywin Kongchandee, Regional Service Management Manager; Nattaphong Duangsri,  Telematics Specialist of Great Wall Motor (Thailand), and Kraisorn Chaichana, GWM Experience Center Deputy Manager together with other staffs of the Thailand office, GWM hosted the 1st “Let’s Talk by GWM” at the GWM Experience Center, ICONSIAM. The activity was joined by 24 All New HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV customers from across the country who shared their driving experiences and perspectives, in order to bring their opinions and suggestions to improve GWM’s operation in all dimensions including products, services, and user-experience design.

Narong Sritalayon, Managing Director of Great Wall Motor (Thailand), said: “GWM would like to thank everyone for their warm welcome and support over the first year since our first step into business in Thailand. The All New HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV was the first vehicle that GWM launched and delivered to Thai consumers and continues to be overwhelmingly popular, with the number one sales in the segment for the fourth consecutive month this year (January-April), totaling 4,073 vehicles delivered at the end of April – accounting for nearly 60% of all the existing 7,145 GWM vehicles in Thailand. GWM is confident that our family, including the All New HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV, All New HAVAL JOLION Hybrid SUV, and ORA Good Cat, will continue to grow strongly. We are delighted to meet and listen to every consumer’s voice seriously, reinforcing our commitment to operate with a user-centric approach. The GWM Let’s Talk activity also offered opportunities for GWM executives to give updates on progress and useful information for discussions, and to answer questions from All New HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV users in addition to introducing the role and mission of the User Committee, which is the key platform that connects the brand and users, letting them exchange opinions and strengthen the relationship among each other.
