Travel Agencies Earn ‘Up Norway’ PR Account

A collaboration between Singaporean agency Dynamic PR & Events and Thailand-based Shine PR has won an account launching Norway’s off the beaten track tours company, ‘Up Norway’, to travellers in Australia, Southeast Asia and the UK.

Shine PR and Dynamic PR & Events are delighted to work together to represent a travel company that offers authentic Norwegian experiences, ‘Up Norway’.  The team are passionate about their country and culture and are proud of their bespoke approach to creating bespoke tours and experiences.

Torunn Tronsvang, Founder of Up Norway says, “We believe that using PR is the perfect platform for reaching clients rather than relying solely on other travel agencies to encourage bookings.”

“It was a competitive pitch and based on the excellent global track record of both agencies we are looking forward to working with both Dynamic and Shine PR on this brief.”

“We are seeing a growing interest from Asia and Australia, as well as the UK.  Shine PR will concentrate on the UK market while Dynamic PR will cover Southeast Asia and Australia.”

Lee Sutton, Managing Director of Dynamic PR & Events says, “Already in love with the Northern Lights, travellers from Asia Pacific are looking to broaden their holiday destinations further afield and to explore regions that are not overpopulated.”

“Travellers may also be sensitive to book tours online, they prefer to have a personalized itinerary created for them.”

Tasked with looking after the UK market, Shine PR’s Managing Director, Natasha Eldred comments, “Many Brits are looking for unique experiences a little closer to home. Norway offers so much rich culture and pristine nature. Shine PR is confident that British travellers and media will love discovering a country that boasts sustainable and niche tourism.”
