Following its sky connection mission, the new-age carrier Vietjet has commenced three services connecting Da Nang with Taipei, Singapore and Hong Kong.
The inaugural flights’ ceremonies were eventfully held in all destinations with the presence of Vietjet Vice President Do Xuan Quang to welcome first passengers arriving from Taipei and Singapore at Da Nang International Airport. Passengers on the debut flights were also presented with lovely gifts by flight crew.
The three new routes connecting Da Nang with the world’s major hubs of Taipei, Singapore and Hong Kong are expected to bring Vietnamese and international travelers opportunities to travel easily to not only Da Nang, the coastal city in central Vietnam but also Indochina and Southeast Asia region. Vietjet currently operates 12 routes in Da Nang with domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Nha Trang and international flights to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo (Haneda), Seoul, Daegu, Taipei and Singapore.
The Da Nang – Taipei route operates daily starting from December 19, 2019 by the new and modern A320/A321 aircraft. The flight departs from Da Nang at 10:50 and arrives in Taipei at 14:30. The return flight takes off from Taipei at 15:30 and lands in Da Nang at 17:30 (All in local times). With just around three hours, passengers are ready to explore Taipei – one of the most bustling cities in Asia.
The Da Nang – Singapore route operates daily starting from December 20, 2019 with flying time is around 2 hour 40 minutes per leg. The flight departs from Da Nang at 12:20 and arrives in Singapore at 15:55. The return flight takes off from Singapore at 10:50 and lands in Da Nang at 12:30 (All in local times). Vietjet is operating 3 routes connecting Vietnam and Singapore, including Hanoi/ HCMC/ Da Nang – Singapore with a total frequency of 4 flights per day.
The Da Nang – Hong Kong route will operate daily starting from December 21, 2019 with flying time is around 1 hour 45 minutes per leg. The flight departs from Da Nang at 12:45 and arrives in Hong Kong at 15:30. The return flight takes off from Hong Kong at 17:20 and lands in Da Nang at 18:05 (All in local times). Vietjet is operating 3 routes connecting Vietnam and Hong Kong, including HCMC/ Phu Quoc/ Da Nang – Hong Kong with a total frequency of 3 flights per day.
