Volvo Witthayu, the latest Volvo showroom owned by GT Auto Co., Ltd. and located on a prime area of the plush Wireless Road, Lumphini district, recently held a grand opening reception and at the same time offered a unique opportunity for lovers of luxury, environmentally-friendly Volvo automobiles to sign up for their favourite model including the recently launched XC40 model at a special three-day “Midnight Sale”.

The design concept of Volvo Witthayu is based on contrasts: Open versus secure, and warm versus cool. The etched glass facades with brass-framed Shop Window and Showroom Entrance features are designed to draw attention and to help the customer to focus on the products on display. The natural properties of etched glass create a varied look throughout the day – white and solid during daylight hours and translucent during the evening.
The showroom is especially eye-catching at night when the external façade of LED lights creates a bright and colourful atmosphere.
The interior of Volvo Witthayu, in contrast to the sharp exterior, is warm and welcoming: “The Street” area consists of product display areas, Car Studio, Accessory Hub, Consultation Points and the Car Delivery Area; whilst “The Living Room” area includes the Reception Area, the Customer Lounge Area with different seating options, the Coffee Bay/Barista Bar Area, the Merchandise Shop and Kid’s Lounge. “It’s all very Scandinavian in its clean appeal, functionality and ease of use, and a basis for inspiration through extraordinary design,” added Mr. Chandrangam.
GT Auto Co. Ltd. was appointed the authorized dealer for Volvo cars in February 2018 and opened Volvo Witthayu, Thailand’s first Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) Showroom and Service Centre on Wireless Road, which is designed in accordance with the latest “Volvo Retail Experience” (VRE) concept which highlights both the brand promise as well as the first class pre- and post-purchase service via four attributes: 1.Contemporary Luxury Experience 2.
