MIA Launches Bold New Identity at The Meetings Show 2024

This much-anticipated reveal will occur at the MIA pavilion (stand D51) on June 19-20, offering attendees the first glimpse of the refreshed branding that epitomizes the association’s commitment to collaboration, networking, and fostering positive relationships within the events industry.

The new branding is a testament to MIA’s dedication to supporting and uniting event professionals, embodying the core values of service excellence and the highest standards. Visitors to the MIA pavilion will have the unique opportunity to connect and network with 17 diverse MIA members, each showcasing how MIA accreditation can elevate event planning and execution. Notable members present include Arena Racing Company, Cedar Court Hotels, Clermont Hotel Group, Edgbaston Stadium, First Travel Solutions, Foxhills Club & Resort, Glaziers Hall, Hever Castle, James Hallam Insurance Brokers, LGH Hotel Management, Prestige Venues and Events, The Met Hotel Leeds, The Brewery on Chiswell Street, The Principal York, University of Kent, Valor Hospitality, and Wotton House.

The MIA pavilion will be a hub of educational activity throughout the two-day event. A dedicated studio will host numerous sessions covering pertinent topics such as winning sales mindsets, industry trends, women’s empowerment, agent relations, event insurance, and marketing strategies. A special session will also delve into the journey of developing MIA’s new brand, providing insights and inspiration for attendees.

A highlight of day two will be the MIA’s annual Breakfast Briefing, starting at 8 am in ExCeL London’s Platinum Suite. This year’s briefing marks a first for the association as it introduces MIAMeets, a live member engagement event. Jack Marczewski, Portfolio Event Director of The Meetings Show, will welcome attendees who will share updates on the 2024 edition and future exhibition plans. Additionally, attendees will be privy to the latest MIA activities and a preview of the headline results from the June insight survey, set to be published at the end of the month.
