New Flavours at Trader Vic’s at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort

Chef Manuel Gastelum launches Trader Vic’s new menu for a new year, with an exotic medley of Pacific Rim flavours. Following in the footsteps of the original trader, Chef Manuel experiments with cooking techniques and indigenous ingredients from California to Indonesia, Hawaii to China.
