This time Chef Pan has used her imagination to create a completely new set menu that she has never done before, by not only using the best ingredients of the season but also having the presentation of each dish conveying the meaning of the word ‘Autumn’.
Diners have a choice between two selections for each course of the Tokushu Autumn 4-Course Set including:
