Radisson Blu’s New Gem: Resort Ho Tram in Vietnam

Radisson Hotel Group has continued to assert its leading position as one of Vietnam’s most proactive international hotel operators with the signing of Radisson Blu Resort, Ho Tram, an outstanding new upper-upscale resort which will be nestled directly on a stunning sandy beach in one of South East Asia’s most dynamic leisure and MICE destinations.

Ho Tram is perfectly situated in southern Vietnam’s Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, just a short drive from Ho Chi Minh City and easily accessible from the soon-to-open Long Thanh International Airport, Vietnam’s new global aviation gateway. This upmarket coastal enclave has experienced a development boom in recent years, as investors and explorers seek short or extended getaways amid spectacular scenery and first-class facilities.

Scheduled to open in 2028, the 225-key Radisson Blu Resort will feature a collection of stylish and elegant hotel rooms, suites and breathtaking beachfront villas. Guests can enjoy dining and relaxing at restaurants, a beachside bar, an infinity pool, a spa and a fitness center. Business travelers will have the opportunity to stage inspiring events in expansive meeting spaces, including a ballroom.

As an integral element of a brand-new mixed-use development that will also feature private residences and a yacht club, this exceptional resort will command direct access to the coastal road and a diverse natural landscape of beaches, rivers, mountains, hot springs and forests. The Bluffs, a Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf course, Casino Ho Tram, which is open 24 hours with 5,000m² of gaming space, and Hamptons Pier, the longest pier in Asia, are all within easy reach. And naturally, guests will be able to make a splash in the clear, turquoise waters of the East Sea.

The arrival of Radisson Blu in Ho Tram will support the continued growth and prosperity of Ba Ria-Vung Tau. The province welcomed 3.5 million visitors in 2023, but this number is expected to rise significantly in future as major infrastructure projects pave the way for a new wave of international tourism.

Mr. Doan Cuu Long, CEO of Heritage Ho Tram Joint Stock Company, said: “We are delighted to partner with Radisson Hotel Group for this important project, which will become one of the finest resorts in the area. We’ve seen the success of Radisson Blu Resorts in Vietnam and look forward to leveraging the Group’s expertise to introduce the prestigious Radisson Blu brand to Ho Trams for the first time. This is an exciting destination with huge potential for international tourism, especially among the intra-ASEAN market, and we’re confident the new addition will offer a one-of-a-kind experience to our guests.”

Mr. David Nguyen, Managing Director, Indochina and Strategic Partnerships, Radisson Hotel Group, added: “We are very happy to work with Heritage Ho Tram to further boost our fast-growing portfolio in Vietnam with this high-quality project. With its convenient location, pristine beaches and lifestyle entertainment for all ages, Ho Tram has huge tourism potential. This makes it a great fit for our Radisson Blu resort, which will cater to couples, families and business travelers alike. The standout quality of Radisson Blu lies in its personalised and thoughtful services, fostering a memorable connection for our guests.”

Radisson Blu Resort Ho Tram will complement Radisson Hotel Group’s expanding portfolio of hotels and resorts in Vietnam, which currently comprises four properties: Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh, Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, Radisson Hotel Danang, and Radisson Resort Phan Thiet, with many more exciting projects in the pipeline.
