For select two-week periods in April, May and June, lovers of sukiyaki are in for a treat because the chefs at The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Michelin Plate restaurant Yamazato are serving up a wholesome menu of fresh seasonal ingredients ideal for sharing with this one pot wonder, also known as a nabemono. Traditionally a Japanese winter dish but simply great at any time of the year, families and friends can gather at Yamazato to enjoy a communal meal that includes leek, onion, chrysanthemum, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushroom, tofu, Konjac noodles, succulent A5 grade Japanese wagyu sirloin (150g), and udon noodles.
The sukiyaki promotion at Yamazato is available for dinner from 8 – 20 April, 6 – 18 May and 3 – 15 June 2019, 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Priced at 3,700++ per pot
