AEON Thailand Foundation granted AEON Environmental Learning Center fund to restore the ecosystem and create more green space at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park

Ms.Suporn Wattanavekin (2^nd from the right), Chairman of AEON Thailand Foundation, donated 404,600 Baht to support AEON Environmental Learning Center for the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park Foundation under the patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn under the project

“The Recovery of Nature: the Environment Project, in Celebration of the Auspicious Occasion of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s 5^th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 2 April 2015”. The donation was received by Pol.Lt.Gen. Prapun Chantaim (2^nd from the left), Managing Director of SIEP.

The AEON Thailand Foundation and volunteers have arranged afforestation of terrestrial and mangrove forest since 2017 in restoring the ecosystem and creating a nature trail, as well as forest’s signages worth over 3.9 million Baht. The purpose is to provide environmental learning resources for interested students and tourists at the AEON Environmental Learning Center at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park, Cha-am, Phetchaburi.
