Avani Hotels & Resorts to offer Signature Modern Style at Three New Vietnam Properties

Avani Hotels & Resorts (www.avanihotels.com), one of Asia’s fastest growing contemporary hotel brands, is delighted to announce the strengthening of its relationship with Novaland Group in Vietnam, with the signing of three new properties in Ho Chi Minh city, Vung Tau, and Cam Ranh. So along with the two Avani hotels currently operating, Avani Quy Nhon Resort and Avani Hai Phong Harbour View, travellers can soon enjoy the authentic, balanced Avani style all across Vietnam.

Avani Vung Tau Resort is located in the port city of Vung Tau, just two hours by car or hydrofoil from Ho Chi Minh City, making it a popular weekend getaway. An important trading port dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries, Vung Tau boasts some of Vietnam’s most scenic beaches and is host to a many international meetings and conventions. The Avani Vung Tau is scheduled to open by the end of 2019 and will feature both oceanfront and hillside rooms, totalling 149 keys. Along with impressive views with each room, Avani Vung Tau Resort will offer a signature oceanfront dining experience

Scheduled for an opening at the end of 2021, Avani Saigon is located in the historic District 1 of Vietnam’s largest city – Ho Chi Minh, surrounded by a blend of colonial and modern architecture with street-side cafes and coffee shops. Just a 30-minute drive from the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the 217-key property will be part of a 38-story mixed-use complex that includes retail shops and residences and will feature an all-day dining restaurant and an AvaniSPA.

Avani Cam Ranh Resort & Villas, opening at the end of 2022, sits right on the south-central coast of Vietnam. In contrast to its neighbour, the tourist hotspot of Nha Trang, which is also serviced by Cam Ranh International Airport, Cam Ranh is a low-key destination blessed with crystal-clear waters, jungle-shrouded mountains, and ancient pagodas. The resort will feature 300 well-appointed rooms and suites, as well as 315 private villas, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty bistro, and a beach club, while 1,200 square metres of meeting and banquet space will allow for beachfront events, Avani-style.

Commenting on these developments, Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels, the parent company of Avani Hotels & Resorts said, “Avani is one of our fastest growing brands, and we are pleased to be working with Novaland Group to develop three properties in Vietnam as part of Minor Hotels’ strategic expansion in Southeast Asia. Vietnam is one of the region’s most dynamic economies with tremendous growth potential in both domestic and international tourism, thanks to a winning combination of cultural attractions and natural beauty. We look forward to expanding our footprint in Vietnam with Novaland Group and to creating an exceptional product for Avani guests.”
