Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian González Fernández as SEEN’s new Head Mixologist / Beverage Manager.
Brian brings a wealth of experience to his new role, with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. His journey began Spain in 2014, where he honed his craft as a bartender at Urban Club, then he moved to London to continue growing professionally as a bartender at Novotel Canary Wharf and The Ned, Soho House & Co.
In 2019, Brian relocated to Madrid, where he continued to excel in various roles including Head Bartender, Assistant Bar Manager, and consultant. His expertise has been recognized internationally, with notable achievements such as winning UK’s Chocolate & Vermouth by Cocchi Vermouth and Yaguara’s ‘Cachaca Me if You Can’ in Spain. In 2022, he was appointed Brand Ambassador for Entre Compas, The largest importer of Mexican spirits in Spain.
Prior to joining Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel, Brian served as Bar Manager at El Mono Malvado in Las Palmas De Gran Canaria, Spain, where he further solidified his reputation for creativity and excellence in mixology.
