AXA Thailand General Insurance recently invited Ms Yada Suvanvisan, much admired fitness and nutrition influencer behind the popular “Beat Your Limit” Facebook page, to its “AXA Know You Can” health and wellness workshop. During this event, Ms. Yada gave an enlightening presentation on the importance of good nutrition and physical activity and adapting to the new normal to stay healthy and happy. A yoga class was also held to teach relaxation techniques for stress relief which helps improve mental health.
Chosen via AXA Thailand’s Facebook activity, participants of the event listened enthusiastically as Ms. Yada explained the health benefits of “Intermittent Fasting”, an eating pattern between periods of eating and fasting. When done properly, this can also help people lose weight and avoid diseases simply by choosing the right food and eating a reasonable amount at the right time.
