Bangkok Airways announces temporary closure of lounge services due to current situation of COVID-19

Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited announces temporary closure of lounges at Suvarnabhumi and other airports to prevent the spread and reduce possible risks of exposure to the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) from 1 April 2020 until further notice.

Bangkok Airways’ Blue Ribbon Club Lounges, Boutique Lounges, courtesy corners and kiosks will be closed temporarily which include lounges at these locations; Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samui Airport, Sukhothai Airport, Trat Airport, Chiang Mai International Airport, Phuket International Airport, Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport, Krabi International Airport, Mae Hong Son Airport, Lampang Airport, U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport, Phnom Penh International Airport (Cambodia) and Luang Prabang International Airport (Laos).

For passengers who have purchased business lounge upgrade, please contact call center at 1771 or +662-270-6699 (24 hrs.) or Bangkok Airways ticket offices nationwide and overseas to get a refund.

Bangkok Airways apologizes for the inconvenience caused. The airline is committed on its value to prioritize the health and safety of passengers and staffs. The company will continue to strictly follow precautionary measures against the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19).
