Bangkok Airways announces the resumption of Bangkok – Chiang Mai (roundtrip), Bangkok – Phuket (roundtrip), Bangkok – Sukhothai (roundtrip) and Bangkok – Lampang (roundtrip)

Bangkok Airways announces the resumption of its direct services between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Chiang Mai (roundtrip), Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Phuket (roundtrip), starting from 15 May 2021 onwards. In addition to that, the Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Sukhothai (roundtrip) and Bangkok – Lampang (roundtrip) will be starting from 1 June 2021 onwards. 

The resumed services will make a total of 5 destinations the airline currently services which are;

1. Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Samui (roundtrip), operating daily

2. Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Chiang Mai (roundtrip), operating 3 flights per week during 15 – 31 May 2021. Flight frequency will be adjusted to
1 flight daily starting from 1 June 2021 onwards.

3. Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Phuket (roundtrip), operating 1 flight daily

4. Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Sukhothai (roundtrip), operating 4 flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)

5. Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Lampang (roundtrip), operating 5 flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Moreover, the airline needs to extend the temporarily suspension of in-flight meal service and temporarily closure of its passenger lounges until further notice. In addition to that, the airline will extend the temporarily closure of the following ticketing offices until 31 May 2021.

  1. Headquarter office (Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Bangkok)
  2. Chiang Mai office
  3. Phuket office
  4. Chaweng office (Koh Samui)
  5. Sukhothai office
  6. Trat office
  7. Hat Yai office (will be closed until 31 October 2021)
