Bangkok Charity Orchestra to raise funds for Wattonson School with first performance in two years

Bangkok Charity Orchestra (BCO) has announced it will perform for the first time in two years on Saturday 25th June, with two concerts at the Aksra Theatre (King Power Rangnam) raising funds for Wattonson School in Pechaburi.

BCO Young Talents Charity Concert: 11:00 am on 25 June

Featuring three of the most exceptional pianists of their generation will perform Mozart and Beethoven Concertos, as well as their solo repertoires: Chanya Bayla Somboonvechakarn (aged nine years), Sirima Pholtape (aged 14 years), and Yuqiao Chen (aged 14 years).

Peace and Harmony Charity Concert: 6:00 pm on 25 June

Including almost 200 performers and an accessible program ranging from Sibelius to the Sound of Music, the Peace and Harmony Charity Concert will feature Harmonies Ladies Choir and the Shrewsbury City Campus Show Choir. Renowned violinist Ms. Bing Han, currently the concertmaster of Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra (RBSO), will also perform Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in E minor.

Both concerts will be conducted by BCO’s founder and Partner and Head of Thailand for Capco, Chulayuth Lochotinan.
