Beat the heat with Khao Chae at The Sala

From April 2 – May 31, relax poolside in the beautiful tropical garden at The Sala and enjoy khao chae, a unique Thai dish traditionally eaten in the Royal Court during the hot season.

The refined dish includes a bowl of steamed rice in cool jasmine-scented water served with a selection of savory accompaniments such as luk kapi deep-fried shrimp paste balls, hom daeng yad sai deep-fried shallots stuffed with fish, prik yuak sod sai green chili stuffed with minced pork, moo foi sweet shredded pork, and more.  Add as many of the tasty tidbits to the rice as you wish and enjoy a true taste of Thailand!

Available daily from 11:00 – 21:30 hrs., our delicious khao chae set is just THB 450++.Throughout April and May at The Sala, you can also sip our creative cocktails under the stars at special prices.
