With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Chef Carlyle brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the culinary arts and experiential dining.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to bring my ideas to the table and continue to elevate the Resort’s already exceptional dining options at En Vogue all-day dining restaurant and Zing Swim-up Pool Bar in Kata Beach. Chef Carlyle has a deep passion for creating quality dishes with local and seasonal ingredients and takes great pride in providing guests with an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef Carlyle joins the resort from the Bab Al Qasr Hotel and Residences, Millennium and Copthorne Hotels in Adu Dhabi where he held the position of Chef De Cuisine and prior to that Sous Chef for 4 years. He has also held the positions of Sous Chef at Al Hamra Residences and Hotel, Steigenberger Hotels in UAE, Sofitel The Palm Resort & Spa in Dubai, and Junior Sous Chef at Taj Mahal Palace &Tower.
