Chatrium Hotels and Residences (CHR) recently held its annual team building exercise for 2019 at Ramayana Water Park in Chonburi Province. Led by Mrs. Pariyarat Chunlakittiphan, Corporate Director of Human Resources, the highly constructive event brought together management and staff from Chatrium’s properties. Everybody was divided into different groups and they all participated in 5 exclusive team building activities in various sections of the park which were set up specifically for the occasion.
The Chatrium team always look forward to this annual event, where they have the opportunity to learn from and interact with their colleagues from across Chatrium group, and this year was no exception. The focus for this year’s activities was learning how to efficiently collaborate with one another and facilitate the accomplishment of both individual and team goals.
