Chef Andrea Spagoni from Michelin Starred Beefbar Hong Kong at Rossini’s

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna and Peroni Beer welcome Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni from the Michelin starred Beefbar Hong Kong on March 1 – 2. The renowned Italian chef will serve an enticing 5-course menu of signature dishes to enjoy in Rossini’s enchanting Tuscan villa setting.

This extraordinary culinary event powered by Gastronauts Asia and the Fine Dining Lovers” Chef Series initiated by San Pellegrino to demonstrate how the finest natural mineral water can enhance dining experience. The series brings renowned chefs from top dining destinations around the world to Thailand, and showcases Thailand’s top chefs.

Executive Chef Andrea boasts an impressive culinary pedigree. His career has been infused with traditional elements of Italian cuisine and the cutting-edge thinking of visionary chefs in Italy, New York and London. Chef Andrea has worked alongside the masters of award-winning Rossini in Florence, as Head Chef at Le Siepi in Turin and as Executive Chef and co-owner of Ristorante Pier Bussetti in Govone which earned a Michelin star, as well as top London dining destinations such as Nobu Park Lane and Ubon by Nobu.

With Executive Chef Andrea at the helm, Beefbar Hong Kong claimed its first Michelin star in 2017, just one year after opening and retained it in 2018, and has become a destination for discerning meat lovers. Beefbar Hong Kong is part of the same restaurant group as the renowned 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Hong Kong and it is the second time Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit has collaborated with them as part of the Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef Series. Excited by the challenge of working at this stylish contemporary steakhouse, Chef Andrea says that he endeavors to “promote a meaningful approach to food through a proper understanding of the animal origins and cuts, creating memorable recipes and exploring diverse cooking methods.”

During two days at Rossini’sChef Andrea will showcase a special menu paired with exceptional wines from our award-winning primoVino by Rossini’s wine list. Available for dinner only on March 1 and 2, the fabulous 5-course menu will include Amberjack tuna carpaccio and sea urchin, and traditional beef tartare served bistro style. There will also be homemade Kobe beef ravioli, and a duo of American prime Black Angus striploin and Australian Wagyu bavette. The Michelin starred menu will end with a divine dessert of tiramisu mascarpone chocolate heart.
