Deepak Chopra’s Life & Soul Retreat Partners with RAKxa!

Renowned pioneer in integrative medicine and personal transformation, Dr Deepak Chopra, will host a new longevity retreat in collaboration with RAKxa Integrative Wellness in Bangkok, Thailand from 20 – 25 March 2024.

Limited to 20 guests, the 5-night Life & Soul Longevity Retreat will offer life changing practices to improve health-span, including advanced spiritual meditation techniques and a personally tailored cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment plan provided by RAKxa and Dr Chopra with leading scientific breakthroughs on longevity.

The retreat in nature will consist of sessions with Dr Chopra conducting never-before-seen advanced meditations, group pranayama and longevity talks, addressing his 10 pillars of longevity. Group Q&A sessions will also occur with Dr Anu Singh and Dr Manu Jaggi, who have been invited by Dr Chopra to give a talk on the Science and Personalisation of Wellness.

The talk will be based up on Dr Chopra’s Ten Pillars of Wellness and feature interactive sessions with dosha questionnaires, aura and chakra readings.

All guests will then be prescribed personalised nutrition through Blissful Bites Ayurvedic protein balls and Tisanes, both of which are from traditional Ayurvedic preparations that have been developed in a scientifically rational manner for overall wellness of mind, body and soul.

RAKxa, the award-winning wellness retreat in Thailand, is based on a conservation island commonly known as ‘Bangkok’s green lung’ surrounded by the Chao Phraya River.

RAKxa’s integrative approach consists of a series of diagnostics to help guests define their own health goals, which are achieved through personalised solutions that involve an unrivalled selection of both medical science and complementary holistic treatments.

The retreat will also include an integration of personalised treatments and diagnostics by RAKxa, starting with the longevity diagnosis that provides guests with indicators such as level of inflammation, hormonal imbalances, immunity levels, gut health and microbiome and metabolism rate.

This is followed by a series of treatments that include both traditional and medical healing involving mindful exercises, energy healing, Ayurvedic massage, acupuncture and traditional Thai flaming detoxification, along with modern oxygen therapy and intravenous infusions of antioxidant-rich formulas to restore body functions at a cellular level.

Retreat guests will experience a 5-night stay in a spacious private villa designed for deep rest and restoration, along with full board wellness meals inspired by the wisdom of both Thai and international cuisines. Nutritionally dense dishes will be personalised and prepared with anti-inflammatory ingredients to leave guests satisfied and keep cravings at bay.

Concluding the retreat, guests will depart with more understanding of themselves and about their state of health. The experience of healing will leave them with a deep sense of calm whilst newfound wisdom enables them to progress with their journey to wholeness.

The Life & Soul Longevity Retreat is priced at GBP17,000 per person.
