The extremely sought-after Matsutake mushroom of Japan takes center stage in KiSara Japanese Restaurant with a range of exclusive dishes during 1-11 October 2019.

The firm white flesh of the Matsutake offers a fragrant, almost spicy, flavor of cinnamon. While found across the Northern hemisphere, this species of mushroom is quite rare and tends to very expensive on the Japanese market when in season. The Japanese Matsutake is unique in its more distinctive taste and is believed to enhance fertility and good fortune to those who eat it.

Discover with family and friends the captivating aroma and flavor of Matsutake in our Autumn’s Magic menu, featuring a starter of Matsutake Avocado to King Salmon no Norimaki (Crispy Matsutake musroom with Ora King salmon and avocado seaweed roll) at THB 1,480++, followed by Matsutake to Kuroge Hokkaidogyu Seiromushi (Thinly sliced Hokkaido Kuroge Wagyu A3 Grade beef sirloin and Matsutake mushroom in Seiro bamboo steamer) at THB 2,680++.

Matsutake to Kaisen Kamameshi offers the a savory Japanese-style risotto with this delicious mushroom and seafood (Queen Crab, Prawn, Scallop, Snow Fish and Ora King Salmon)  in a “Kama” pot is at THB 1,980++. In addition, Matsutake is also enjoyed in a scrumptious Dobin Mushi Soup (Matsutake mushroom, free range chicken, prawn, and vegetables with clear soup served in Dobin traditional clay pot) and Matsutake to EbiTempura (Mastutake musroom and prawn tempura).
