The St. Regis Bangkok announces details for the 2024 Easter Sunday Brunch experience, a much-anticipated culinary event for the whole family, set to take place at VIU on March 31, 2024.

More than just a dining event, the Easter Brunch at VIU is a celebration of family, joy, and the rejuvenating spirit of Easter. Entertainment for the day includes a magician, balloon twisting, and the beloved traditions of Easter egg hunting and egg painting, all hosted in a specially designated room to ensure an engaging and safe experience for younger guests.

At the heart of the Easter Brunch feast are tempting cold selections that include the luxurious Wagyu Beef Benedict, the creamy Carbonara Deviled Eggs, and the fresh Mediterranean Egg Salad. The experience continues with hot special dishes, where culinary creations inspired by the festivities, such as Champagne and Truffle VeloutéLobster with Béarnaise, and Grilled Alaska King Crab with Yuzu Beurre Blanc, take center stage.

A dedicated Egg Station offers customized delights for every palate, while the carving station boasts Roasted Australian Black Angus Beef Prime Ribs accompanied by Grilled Farm Vegetables, alongside the tender New Zealand Lamb Rack with White Bean Cassoulet, and the Glazed Lavender Honey Ham. For dessert, guests are enchanted by the classic Easter’s Colomba with Bourbon Sabayon and the comforting Apple Cinnamon Cobbler, as well as an exquisite selection of Chocolate Easter Eggs and Golden Carrot Cake inspired by the Easter holiday.

Diners can also enjoy unlimited servings of Canadian lobster, along with other seafood highlights such as all-you-can-eat Alaska king crab, oysters, grilled Norwegian salmon, sushi, and sashimi. Additionally, a Thai food station offers authentic flavors from around the kingdom. Sunday Brunch is complemented by an assorted desserts corner featuring handcrafted delicacies, including fresh seasonal fruit and sweets dipped in a velvety layer of delicious chocolate at the Belgium chocolate fountain.

The Easter Sunday Brunch menu at VIU is available from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM on March 31, 2024, for THB 3,200++ per adult and THB 1,600++ per child aged 4 to 12, inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages.
