EXO Travel, a leading Destination Management Company (DMC), today announced that it has been Certified as a B Corporation*. This designation follows a rigorous evaluation of the impact of their operations and business model across five key areas: workers, community, governance, customers and environment.
By achieving this status, EXO Travel joins a growing global movement of companies using business as a force for good.

This significant milestone comes after a challenging yet transformative four-year assessment process, notably disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The B Corp Certification stands as testament to EXO Travel’s commitment to social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
Contributing to the certification of EXO Travel as a B Corp were corporate activities such as:
- Providing extensive training opportunities and benefits such as parental leaves, flexible working environments, ensuring our employees are engaged and happy at work.
- Measuring and reducing our carbon footprint for scopes 1,2 and 3.
- Working with our independently-owned, local business partners and incentivising them to be more responsible in their business practices, especially hotels and transportation.
- Giving back part of our profits to our EXO Foundation for projects that directly impact the lives of local people and benefit them especially the most vulnerable.
While celebrating this achievement, EXO acknowledges that the journey does not end here. The company will use the assessment as a stimulus for continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that its operations and offerings not only meet but exceed B Lab’s high standards of sustainability and ethical business practices.
