The six-course gastronomic journey is paired with fine wine, live violin performance and enjoyed against the panoramic backdrop of the setting sun and the twinkling Bangkok city lights.
The six-course menu includes: Freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters with Oscetra caviar and Champagne granite; Seared foie gras; Pumpkin and black truffle agnolotti; Australian Wagyu sirloin or Butter poached Boston lobster; selection of local artisan cheeses; and Valrhona milk chocolate savarin with cherry sorbet.
