Flare Restaurant at Hilton Pattaya Introduces Hot & Spicy Indonesian Dishes

‘Indonesia’ also known as ‘Emerald of The Equator’ is composed of more than 17,500 tropical islands. Indonesia is a culturally-rich country in art, music, architecture and cuisine. The Indonesian cuisine is various by regions and influenced by India, Middle East, Europe and China. Most of the dishes are hot and spicy from spices and herbs. Flare Restaurant at Hilton Pattaya invites you to discover the unique taste of Indonesian food throughout July 2019 to September 2019.

Selections include

  • Mie Goreng spicy stir-fried Chinese noodle with Indonesian chili paste, prawn, squid, New Zealand mussel, carrot, pea and mung bean sprout at THB 450 nett
  • Beef Rendang slowly cooked Australian beef in Indonesian spice curry and coconut milk and stew until perfectly tender served with roti at THB 650 nett
  • Nasi Goreng the well-known Indonesian fried rice with a choice of grilled tiger prawn or fried chicken, served with fried egg, prawn cracker and crispy shallot at THB 550 nett
  • Chicken Satay Skewers with Gado Gado Salad grilled chicken skewers served with Gado Gado or Indonesian salad with green oak lettuce, red onion, carrot, cucumber, pea, red radish, quail egg, prawn cracker, roasted peanut and peanut sauce at THB 450 nett
