Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Hilton Pattaya Introduces ‘Crab’ for Chef’s Selection

If ‘Crab’ is one of your all-time favorite seafood menus, Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Hilton Pattaya introduces ‘Crab’ as chef’s recommended menus throughout July to August 2019.

Start your dinner with an appetizer ‘Start 123 Crab’, fennel salad with crab meat, soft shell crab and ponzu sauce with lemongrass and ginger, baked Alaskan king crab leg with tarragon and butter served with truffle aioli and scrambled eggs with crab roe topped with trout roe and chervil at THB 850 nett.

For spicy menu lovers, ‘Drunken Spaghetti with Black Crab’ is recommended, stir-fried spaghetti with crab meat, champignon mushroom, asparagus, capsicum, young peppercorn topped with crispy basil and parmesan cheese served with a whole black crab at THB 1,150 nett.

‘Crab Boil with Old Bay Seasoning’ allows you to enjoy three kinds of crab in one dish, boiled Alaskan king crab, black crab and blue crab in old bay seasoning and butter served with lemon butter sauce, chimichurri sauce and crab loaf at THB 2,950 nett.
