Huawei Cloud Thailand recently unveiled its groundbreaking cloud-technology solutions at its Huawei Cloud Techwave Thailand 2024 event, held at the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, Bangkok, Thailand. Held under the theme “Dive into Huawei Cloud Journey”, Huawei Cloud revealed its latest innovations that are driving digital transformation for industries across Thailand, namely: Landing Zone, Serverless application, GaussDB database, Data-AI convergence, and AI virtual human. Huawei’s continued dedication towards cloud technology in Thailand aligns with its mission ‘In Thailand, for Thailand’ and its commitment to provide the latest technology solutions to enhance Thailand’s transformation into a future digital hub of ASEAN. The event was joined by over 100 representatives from Thailand’s financial, retail, carriers, enterprises, and internet industries.
As enterprises in Thailand increasingly rely on cloud infrastructure to achieve their business objectives, secure and reliable cloud services, as well as efficient and secure data processing, are becoming crucial. In response to the pressing need for robust cloud solutions, Huawei launched the Huawei Cloud Techwave campaign to provide better solutions for the intelligent transformation of Thai enterprises, delivering a suite of comprehensive cloud solutions that can fully support enterprise growth.

During the Techwave event, Huawei announced five cutting-edge cloud solutions:
- Landing Zone: A solution that helps customers build a safe and compliant operating environment and IT governance system on the cloud.
- Serverless Computing: A solution that automatically scales server resources based on actual traffic, freeing businesses from server resource management and reducing O&M workload.
- GaussDB Database: A new-generation distributed database that provides unmatched reliability and performance, ensuring uninterrupted service, even under heavy workloads, as well as industry-leading security standards.
- Data-AI convergence: An AI-powered collaborative pipeline that schedules data and AI workflows while driving online model training and inference with real-time data, making data integration, development, and quality and asset management more intelligent.
- Media Service Solution (AI Virtual Human): AI virtual human technology that will enhance the user experience and drive content innovation.
Huawei Cloud is at the forefront of digital transformation, offering innovative solutions that will revolutionize cloud computing, advanced database management, and data analytics. In Thailand, Huawei is not only introducing state-of-the-art technologies, but is actively
participating in the country’s digital transformation journey too. Earlier this year, Huawei Cloud introduced its proprietary Huawei Cloud Stack products to Thailand, providing unified management, data governance, and application enablement to Thailand’s enterprise market. In addition, Huawei Cloud has initiated a program to develop 20,000 local AI cloud developers within 3 years.
