Indulge In The Grand Sunday Brunch With Many ‘Grand Creations’ Relaunched At The Dining Room, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok

The Grand Sunday Brunch at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, will excite your taste buds on another level, presenting 3 talented chefs of 3 nationalities to recreate ‘Grand Creations’ that surely go beyond cultural boundaries.

On the first Sunday of March, April, and May, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok invites all food connoisseurs to visit The Dining Room and indulge in exciting cross-cultural flavours as its ever-popular The Grand Sunday Brunch will feature new dining delights of 3 chefs of 3 cuisines. Led by Executive Chef David Senia, each culinary master; Chef Roberto Parentela of Italian cuisine, Chef Shim Young Dae of Korean cuisine, and Chef Kamal Gurung of Indian cuisine, will showcase their excellent culinary skills and cultivated passion to recreate the meal’s famous Grand Creations fused with flavourful creativity and cultural imagination. The several featured dishes will be freshly-prepared and presented in grand style in addition to an extravagant brunch spread featuring only the finest gourmet delicacies from around the world.

Among the prime highlights of ‘Grand Creations’ in March are a trio of Chef Roberto’s new dishes; White asparagus spears with truffle sabayon, Grilled Italian sardines with salsa verde, and Morel mushroom risotto cooked Ă  la minute and served out of a matchless wheel of Parmesan cheese. The neighbouring carving corner is always second-to-none, featuring only top-quality meats. One of the ‘must-try’ menus is roasted Australian rack of lamb served with a flavorful sauce and a full set of condiments. The Dining Room’s seafood selection also takes centre stage. The culinary team carefully sources only the freshest gems of the ocean. In addition to the dedicated corner of freshly-shucked premium imported oysters, there are other seafood delicacies to enjoy like rock lobsters, swimmer crabs and sea snails.

Western flavours and Asian essence combine in this exquisite brunch spread. The Dining Room excels at several popular dishes from around the world such as American classic ‘Scallop Rockefeller’, French artisanal duck leg confit, Hong Kong roast suckling pig, Singaporean chilli crab with fried Mantou buns, and steamed sea crabs with Thai seafood dipping sauce. A tantalizing selection of Chinese dim sum, Japanese-grade sashimi including fine Hamachi fish, and superb sake-flamed ‘Aburi’ sushi specialities complete the bountiful offerings. Those looking for something with a French flair will certainly be pleased with the French branded selection of high-end cured hams and meats at the charcuterie station and an imported cheese spread featuring a variety of carefully-aged artisanal picks from the renowned Les Frères Marchand of Nancy, France as well as different types of truffle cheeses of Isigny Sainte-Mère.

The grand finale is a decadent variety of desserts, especially those from the eye-catching live-cooking station for Italian tiramisu, Belgian waffles, and French profiteroles. Other classic sweet staples won’t be missing. Diners can look forward to delicious treats like Banoffee vanilla mousse cakes, mixed-berries mousse cakes, chocolate tart with passion fruit, and orange blossom French madeleines as well as a heavenly display of bite-sized Khanom-Thai temptations, or traditional Thai desserts, plus a spread of sensational confectionery and chocolate truffles too good to resist.

Special free-flow packages of premium wines, vintage prosecco and Champagne Brut are available for extra-special occasions in addition to enchanting tunes of live music performance from some of Bangkok’s favourite local artists.
