The St. Regis Bangkok offers more reason to look forward to the weekend with an exclusive EPIC Dinner Buffet, featuring authentic Italian dishes throughout June to commemorate Festa della Repubblica.
Served every Friday to Saturday night, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at VIU Restaurant, the all-you-can-eat dinner presents Italian highlights in June featuring freshly baked Truffle Pizza, Australian Beef Stew Risotto, a vegetarian-friendly Eggplant Parmigiana made with locally sourced sustainable produce, and Truffle Mushroom Cream Soup with Onsen Egg. Authentic pasta dishes include a choice of freshly made pasta with a choice of Pomodoro, Aglio E Olio, and Arrabiata sauces; Pasta Vongole; Spinach Ravioli with Butter Sauce; and a live Parmigiano cheese wheel pasta station.
Presented alongside the Italian food is a selection of seafood on ice such as fresh Fine de Claire oysters and black mussels. Each diner will also receive one whole Canadian lobster per person, served as grilled lobster thermidor; grilled lobster served with fresh lemon; or truffle mushroom risotto served with grilled lobster.
Guests also have a choice of more seafood, such as Japanese cod fish with teriyaki sauce and grilled river prawns from Samut Sakhon. Superb meat dishes from the a la carte menu include Australian Wagyu beef and lamb rack with signature sauce.
Also on offer is an exceptional selection of cold cuts and European cheese dishes including fresh melon and Parma ham, Jamón Ibérico with Manchego cheese from La Mancha in Spain. And, last but not least, desserts including ice cream, cheesecake, tiramisu, and Thai desserts.
EPIC Dinner Buffet is available on Fridays-Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for THB 2,500++ per person, including coffee and tea at VIU Restaurant on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok with a panoramic view over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds and the night skyline.
