Jamie’s Italian Bangkok is excited to introduce interactive cooking classes at the restaurant in Siam Discovery. The classes are perfectly suited for company outings, social celebrations and children’s birthday parties.
Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s life-long promotion of home-cooking for the whole family and his philosophy that good quality food should be accessible to everyone, the classes are hands-on and designed to make both children and adults comfortable in the kitchen. Held in a semiprivate area of the restaurant with plenty of space for individual cooking stations and chef supervision, the classes include pizza and pasta making for adults and pizza making for children.
The pizza making classes for adults are open to groups of 6-14 people and include free-flow drinking water and soft drinks, one pizza per person and Jamie’s Italian Ultimate antipasti planks to share. Attendees will learn how to make and prepare pizza dough and be able to choose between a range of toppings for their own pizza.
The pasta making classes for adults are open to groups of 4-8 people and include free-flow drinking water and soft drinks, Jamie’s Italian Ultimate antipasti planks to share, a pasta dish for each attendee and leftover dough to take home. Guests can choose between five different pasta sauces for their individual pasta, including Bolognese, Veggie Bolognese, Vongole, Truffle and Seafood Marinara.
The pizza making classes for children are open to groups of 6-12 children plus parents and include free-flow drinking water, milk and soft drinks for children, one pizza per child, drawing and colouring activities, and a buffet for children and parents. The children will learn how to make and shape their own dough and choose toppings to their liking.
All classes are priced at 990++ per person and can be arranged during restaurant opening hours from 11.30am to 10pm.
