During his recent official visit to Bangkok, Prime Minister of Japan, HE Fumio Kishida (2nd from left) kindly paid a visit to the one and only Momiji Manju bakery in Thailand at CRC Tower, All Season’s Place.
He was warmly welcomed by the top management of DKBY Momiji Co., Ltd. led by Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan (center), Mrs. Teo Lee Ngo (left), Ms. Yeap Xin Rhu (2nd from right) and Mr. Viroj Patcharawattanakul (right).
Momiji Manju is a famous maple-leaf shaped confection that is traditionally filled with red bean paste, and is a local specialty of the island of Itsukushima (Miyajima) in Hiroshima, Japan.
