Jetstar Asia Commences Vtl Flights From Bangkok And Phnom Penh

Tonight, Jetstar Asia will operate the airline’s first designated Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flight from Bangkok to Singapore. Flight 3K514 will depart Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 9:20pm on Wednesday 15 December, allowing quarantine-free entry into Singapore for the passengers on board the Airbus A320.

Tomorrow, Jetstar Asia’s first VTL flight from Phnom Penh to Singapore, flight 3K592, will
depart Phnom Penh International Airport at 8:40pm and arrive into Changi Airport at
11:50pm.

Comments attributed to a Jetstar spokesperson:
• We’re so pleased to add two more important destination to our vaccinated travel lane
network.
• Our customer surveys have shown that Bangkok and Phnom Penh remain very
popular, not just for Singaporeans but also for travelers to Southeast Asia who are
transiting through Singapore.
• We know our customers have been looking forward to recommencing quarantine-free
travel and demand for these flights have been very encouraging including the sold-out
flights from Singapore to Phnom Penh.
• This is another important step forward in the ramp up of Jetstar Asia’s operations.

Jetstar Asia is now operating VTL flights from Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Phnom Penh,
with Darwin and Melbourne to commence in the coming days. Pending approval, Perth will
join the VTL network early next year.
