Sundays by the river are spicy and full of flair: debuting on 31 March 2019 is Trader Vic’s inaugural Salsa Brunch. To be held on the last Sunday of every month 11.30 am – 3.00 pm, guests are invited to explore the flavours of South America – as well as its rhythms.
A full buffet with live cooking stations offers up different regional cuisines from Peruvian ceviche to Argentinian asado. Feast on fresh tiradito and seafood on ice. Visit the live quesadilla station or barbecue grill with hot sauce for everything. Signature dishes include the chicken mole, tortilla soup and spicy diablo chicken. The Tiki bar serves up free-flow signature cocktails, sparkling wine, house reds and whites, beers and soft drinks. Children enjoy their own mini-buffet with colourful candy.
After your meal, take to the dance floor with special guest Anup Thomas, salsa professional and winner of dance competitions. Supplying Latin rhythms to move to are resident band Tumbao. Children can join in or entertain themselves at the jungle playground and bouncy castle.
