J&T Express Thailand Hits 2024 Milestones!

J&T Express, a global logistics service provider with leading express delivery businesses in Southeast Asia and China commemorated its fifth anniversary in Thailand, with the theme “J&T Behind Your Smile.” Concurrently, the company proudly introduced a variety of new services that launched in the first quarter of 2024 to meet the needs of customers in order to ensure that service users get the greatest sending experience. 

J&T Super, a new service aimed at enhancing the parcel shipping process by ensuring expedited delivery, promising timely arrival within designated timeframes together with the best services in industry. J&T Bulky, the service offers a robust tailored solution for oversized parcel such as furniture or electronic appliances, capable of handling items weighing up to 100 kilograms, with dimensions not exceeding 200 centimeters on either side. J&T Fruit Parcel was created to facilitate nationwide fruit delivery, supporting farmers and enhancing agriculture by efficiently delivering fruit parcels to ensure freshness. Furthermore, J&T COD (Cash on Delivery) Next Day enhances its convenience for walk-in and VIP customers, offering a special 2.4% of COD service fees with no minimum COD amount limit of sending a parcel. Payment could be paid via cash or online banking, the COD amount will be remitted to customers on the next day after the parcel has been successfully delivered.

Additionally, J&T Fulfillment operates as a fully integrated warehouse management center, covering both B2B and B2C warehousing and fulfillment services. Strategically located next to the sorting center of J&T Express, the service efficiently manages parcel retrieval times and has the capability to handle an average of 150,000 orders per day, aiming to meet one-stop service needs of customers.

Over the past 5 years, J&T Express has strengthened its position as a cornerstone in the parcel delivery industry and consistently raised the standards of excellence. In 2023, the company’s parcel volume for the year grew by more than 50% compared to 2022. Furthermore, in March 2024, there was a surge of 80% in the volume of parcels handled, compared to March 2023; the delivery lead-time improved by 10% in 2023 compared to 2022, with a 7% improvement in March 2024 compared to the same period last year.

These accomplishments highlight the dedication and commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. In last October 2023, J&T Express’s official listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code “1519,” which served to further secure the company’s position in the global market. While in following November, it has been ratified by the prestigious “BUSINESS+ Product of the Year Awards 2023” in the Transportation and Logistics category.
