Kimpton’s ‘CRAFT’ is the new talk-of-the-town hotspot for coffee-lovers, pet-lovers, and Instagrammers.
It seems that the Covid lockdown has locals chafing at the bit to try something different, and despite the actual Kimpton MAA-LAI Hotel not having officially opened yet, the first of several Food and Beverage outlets, ‘CRAFT’ Cafe and Bar has opened, and in a word, it’s BUZZING.
With a good selection of coffee blends that are locally sourced, this buzz is also supporting the local economy – and that’s always a good thing.
For pet lovers, this is the first and only luxury hotel in Thailand that allows pets inside. You can sit inside or enjoy greenery outside with your pets. But, be a good pet owner and make sure that you come prepared to clean up after your paw baby should there be any ‘whoopsies’ – beret or not. You’ll need to make sure that you have him or her under your supervision at all times.
If you are a Lumpini Park runner, this place is only a few steps away from the park, so now you can plan adding a few more steps into your daily logs and rock over to Craft for a power-bowl of healthy goodness after your morning run.
Some might think of Craft as a cafe, but we would like to think of it as a social space where you can have some coffee, enjoy your breakfast and even throw back a cocktail or two. It’s never too early. It’s the perfect place to schedule a meeting with clients – it’s a place for everyone.
