The auspicious cart will be mobile and available for guests that visit any of the hotel’s popular outlets: CRAFT, Stock.Room, Ms.Jigger and Bar.Yard. Embark on a culinary journey at Ms.Jigger where Chef Danilo Aiassa created a meal to remember that features Chinese specialties such as suckling pig and Peking duck without losing his signature authentic Italian fare. The 3-course menu is available from February 1 to 6, 2022 for THB 1,500 per person.
Stan Andruskevic, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok’s Beverage Manager, debut two specialties cocktails to pair with Chef Danilo’s indulgent feasts including the delicate Tiger Tale with fragrant of jasmine rice and lemon and The Ceremony, with hints of grapefruit, raspberry and lemon.
