The school empowers students with diverse culinary techniques, encouraging them to apply their skills creatively and contribute to elevating Thailand’s culinary reputation on the global stage, aligning with Thailand’s renowned reputation as the “Kitchen of The World.”

Ms. Suchada Sthapitanonda, School Director of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, said, ” Thailand has long held the prestigious title of ‘Kitchen of the World,’ thanks to its robust food production industry, renowned street food culture, and its role as a significant producer of ingredients and agricultural products. This recognition has turned the culinary arts into an inspiring and viable business venture, full of opportunities for growth. At Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, our unwavering commitment to the principles of Tradition, Excellence, and Innovation drives our educational approach, as we impart knowledge through expert chef instructors using the Watch-Learn-Do method. This approach not only equips our students with culinary and dessert techniques but also encourages them to actively apply their skills across a wide culinary spectrum. This focus on versatility is particularly relevant today, given the dynamic nature of the food industry, which adapts to shifting consumer preferences. From convenience and processed foods to health-conscious options and beverages, including innovations like meat substitutes, gluten-free alternatives, and plant-based proteins, alongside emerging service models such as food delivery services, these developments present exciting entrepreneurial prospects for aspiring chefs looking to carve their niche in Thailand’s vibrant food and beverage landscape.

The courses at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit span approximately 3 months which includes 180 to 240 hours of comprehensive instruction. This immersive learning experience covers culinary knowledge, technique, and terminology. Additionally, the course encompasses essential aspects such as food safety and hygiene, cooking demonstrations, and hands-on practice in a fully equipped kitchen laboratory designed to accommodate various culinary styles. The instructor’s team comprises experienced chefs from hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and patisseries, as well as accomplished entrepreneurs worldwide. This diverse and seasoned faculty enables students to glean insights and expertise from accomplished practitioners who have excelled in their culinary careers.

Mr. Thitikarn Lamthitikun, a Le Grand Diplôme graduate, said, “I chose Le Cordon Bleu Dusit because I aimed to open a fusion-style restaurant combining food and dessert. After researching, I found that this school has a strong global reputation for fostering student success, making my decision easy. During my classes, I appreciated the balance of theory and practical skills, problem-solving, and teamwork. This experience also led to meaningful friendships. I wholeheartedly recommend Le Cordon Bleu Dusit to cooking enthusiasts pursuing a culinary career; it won’t disappoint.”

In addition to those who come to Le Cordon Bleu Dusit to pursue their own culinary dreams, there are students who initially enroll to fulfill their family’s expectations but eventually turn it into a serious career. Ms. Parichart Chawachart, a graduate of the Diplôme de Pâtisserie program, shared her experience at the school, saying, “I’m a housewife with two lovely daughters, and I decided to join the course to create delicious desserts for my children. At first, I thought it would not be too serious, but I was wrong. This school is the real deal. I appreciate meticulousness in the curriculum and the dedication of the chefs. After some time of studying, I began inviting friends to join me in launching an online dessert shop, with plans to establish a physical storefront—a dream for any pastry chef. Therefore, I recommend anyone interested in learning baking to consider studying at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit. You’ll acquire valuable skills and experiences that can help you turn your dreams into reality. ”

In addition to offering a wide range of food and beverage preparation courses, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit’s curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to thrive in the contemporary food and beverage industry.
