Dear Skålleagues and Tourism Professionals,
Skål invites you to a join us as we explore one of the newest Spanish restaurants in Chiang Mai, the House of Paella. The restaurant, specializing in Spanish-style paella, has been making waves in the Chiang Mai foodie scene since its opening just over a year and a few days ago. But House of Paella is more than just paella. Classic tapas like garlic prawns, patatas bravas, and croquettes are also on the menu, as well as new dishes like black rice and cuttlefish with garlic.
Since this is our first time, Chef Ignacio has prepared a special set menu so we can enjoy a range of flavor-filled choices. Our menu for the evening will be:

We can make our choices at the restaurant, so no need to pre-order. Just come for the delicious food and maybe enjoy some sangria to go with it in true Spanish style.

The restaurant is located at 29/4 Nimmannhaemin, Soi 13, Chiang Mai.
At the dinner, we anticipate some discussion about our planned September event which will be a different format from previous Skål events. This will be a day-long event starting with an SDG game WS adjusted to sustainable supply chain content, a panel discussion with speakers representing good practices in, for example, environmentally friendly cleaning products, waste and water treatment, solar energy, ethical craft decorations and an informal dinner with networking for suppliers to meet buyers.
